Welcome to Vanguard Directory ("Vanguard," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering your business, subscribing to our services, or capturing your payment details on our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Subscription, Promotional Sign-Up, and Billing
June & July Sign-Up Promotion:
It is R100.00 to sign up for the month of June and July. This fee is billed and charged immediately upon registration to process and publish your business directory listing.
Direct Month-to-Month Card Debiting:
Your subscription is billed on a month-to-month basis and debited directly from the card details saved securely in the system. The initial billing occurs today upon sign up, and subsequent monthly charges will be automatically debited exactly one month later on the same calendar date.
Recurring Standard Billing:
Following the first month of signup under the promotional rate, you will be automatically billed the standard subscription rate of R200.00 per month, charged monthly in advance.
No Lock-In Contracts:
Your subscription operates on a strict month-to-month basis. There are no long-term commitments, exit fees, or lock-in contracts.
2. Payment Processing and Security
Third-Party Payment Processor:
Vanguard does not process or store your raw credit or debit card data. All payments and card tokenizations are securely handled by Paystack (Pty) Ltd, a certified PCI DSS Level 1 payment processor.
Tokenization:
Upon successful R100.00 registration payment, Paystack generates a secure "token." Vanguard uses this token to process your recurring monthly subscriptions securely.
Bank-Grade Security:
All communications between your browser, Vanguard, and Paystack are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancel Anytime:
You may cancel your Vanguard subscription at any time directly from your Vanguard dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Promotional Cancellations:
If you cancel during your promotional first month, your card will not be debited the subsequent R200.00 monthly fee, and your directory listing will be active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
Monthly Cancellations:
If you cancel after recurring standard billing has begun, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your business location, contact details, and payment information. You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date to prevent service interruptions.
